| Surrendering Your Dog |
Should you find yourself in a position where you are no longer able
to care for your Golden Retriever, we ask that you consider
surrendering your dog to us. We have worked with owners who
have chosen to keep their dogs with them until a home is found as
well as owners who were no longer in the position to house their dog
You will be required to provide us with all vet records as well as
proof of ownership. If your dog is co-owned, we will need both
parties to agree to relinquish the dog. Please note that we will need
to evaluate the dog before accepting him or her into our program.
We do not accept any dog(s) with a history of aggression toward
people. We reserve the right to deny any dog acceptance into our
program based on our evaluation of that dog.
